Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification and/or similar work experience will be advantageous
• Willingness to work irregular hours and reside full-time on the farm (housing provided)
• Computer literacy
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English

Job Description

• Oversee daily farm operations and ensure optimal productivity
  Supervise labour and address minor personnel issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with audit and quality standards
  Perform any other duties reasonably expected of the role

Remuneration
