This opportunity, based in Wellington, offers a unique position within an industry-leading team. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, capable of executing production protocols accurately and diligently within required time frames, effectively managing and motivating employees and possessing a genuine passion for farming.
Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or similar work experience will be advantageous
- Willingness to work irregular hours and reside full-time on the farm (housing provided)
- Computer literacy
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English

- Leadership abilities: able to supervise, direct, motivate and train employees

Job Description
- Oversee daily farm operations and ensure optimal productivity
Supervise labour and address minor personnel issues - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with audit and quality standards
Perform any other duties reasonably expected of the role
Remuneration
Market-related salary with housing benefits, depending on experience and qualifications.
